Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assist our doctors with patient care on the clinical floor, delivering specialized massage techniques that support our chiropractic treatments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct private massage sessions with patients, utilizing techniques such as lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, fascial release, and sports massage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic massage services that align with our functional care model.
  • Work collaboratively with chiropractors to deliver hands-on treatments as part of our patient care.
  • Conduct private, personalized massage sessions focusing on client-specific goals and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinic protocols for patient confidentiality.
  • Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and techniques to support their progress outside of the clinic.
Qualifications:

  • Current massage therapy license in AL
  • Expertise in functional massage techniques (e.g., lymphatic, neuromuscular, fascial, sports massage)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: Flat rate for assisting chiropractor on the clinic floor $28-36
  • Private Session Rate: Separate, higher rate for private massage sessions $45-56 plus tips
Compensation: $28.00 - $56.00 per hour
